i got P. Cubensis B+ in the PF tek substrate innoculating right now. theyve been in this stage for atleast 24 days and there is NO sign of fruiting. I know i should keep them warm but i just cant get them above 70F where i live, its ok if they take longer due to this, but will they fruit at all in this temperature? im starting to have my doubts. -always

I'd sure they can fruit at 70F, but if you cant get it to colonize, your gonna have a serious problem. Get yourself a heat pad, get something to raise your temps.

... you need to do some more reading I think. You need to let your mycelium grow on the substrate and then you induce fruiting after the cake is colonized.

Read the cultivation FAQ's. If you have questions after that point, then ask them here. Up until then, we're not even speaking the same language.

You'll need to slow down and figure out what your doing first before we can help you. You'll want to incubate THEN fruit. They both require two totally different conditions. If your still incubating which I think you are find a spot in your house thats warm it can take a little trial and error and definitely some effort (not much) but take a thermometer and place it on top of your hot water heater thats usually a good spot or the fridge, computer tower, TV, DVD player, etc; when you do find the sweet spot (82-86F) for incubating then put your jars in a box make sure it's light proof (totally dark inside) thats what myc likes to veg in the quickest and put it there. Read some more teks for sure. Definitely read my pinning strategy (it works for cakes too) it may help then read it again and again a bit down the road it will take a while to sink in but it will eventually. I used a closet once setup a nice little lab trouble was all the shit that was in there ended up in the bedroom that pissed off the GF then I ended up dumping her as she was getting in the way of my sterile culture technique! Ya I got priorities too!!!"

Colonization is when the mycelium takes hold of the cake or whatever your knocking up, and fruiting is when you take your preggo and give her the right temps to fruit.

My personal opinion: if you dont have a good understanding of the basic terminology associated with cultivation, down, then you probably haven't done enough research to have a good shot at being successful...
