42 days colonization, upside down with loose caps?

Well they have fully colonized except for one for about a week and a half maybe longer. Ive turned them over, loosend the caps, took some of the tape off the holes and kept the temp at 80 to 85. I have seen no pins yet. Any suggestions or should I just keep waiting?

Expose them to light.

Quote: "I want to ass fuck your picture-thingy. " hehehehe Dude i bet your jars are on the dry side. Can you see moisture in the jars ? If you can't....when you birth them.....inject 10cc of sterile water into each cake. That is if the cake isn't too hard.....might not be able to stick the needle into the cake. Are the jars colonized fully ? If they are don't wait for pins inside the jars.

There is moisture on the sides of the jars and the are 100 percent colonized and have been for a week and a half. I think I'll just give them light. As for as I know the spores are B+ but as another question I have asked and gotton no answer, Lil shop of spores sent me the syringe but the inside flap read the letters EQ. so Im wondering if I got Equadorians rather than the B+ that I orderd. DO B+ or EQ invirtro or should I birth them?

They might have sent you the wrong Strain. I'd contact them....and tell them your concern. I'd birth those babies.....no need to wait to pin inside the jar.

Birth them huh, I think i'll give them a couple days of light in the jars then birth them. Or should I cold shock them in the jars then birth them. also I have contacted Lil shop of spores twice now and they haven't replied; its been over a month. It must be one dude doing it all with no customer service. No slam to who ever it is but it would be nice to talk to them and Know what Ive gotten.

It is a bitch to pull the cakes out of the jars after they start to pin.
