http://www.mushroomjohn.com/species.htm
there are 55 species of magic shrooms listed at this site with descriptions and more than 5,000 photographs, most of the local species have a section on bluing int he shrooms and also they show hygrophanous color changes in drying and damgage tot he shrooms,.
mj, I am realy surprised that hardly anyone here refers anyone to the largest collection of magic shroom [pictures int he world. There are more than 11,000 iamges posted at this site. Most with full screen images.
mj
And that is such a beautiful image of Copelandia from GGreatOne234.

Your site is great MushroomJohn!! There is only one complaint, it is kinda hard to navigate. Just a suggestion though

Shroomey Dan, that gym is awesome. and Stoner Guy, there are two indexes in the Shroom World. One is the main index with cvarious sections.
Two is the art index from the first index. Simple on each page of the site is a 'Next Page', a 'Last Page', and a'Return to Main Index'.
Very simple to navigate. Always return and you can go anywhere ont he site.

What a great thread. Perhaps someone should compile these pics and put them somewhere permanent on the site.

I'm hoping that those people who do cultivate various strains can make a photo journal how each strain usually looks like at different stages in life- birth to death, you see all those text guides but would be nice if there were online illustrated guides. I need to browse around the bookstores more..

AS noted above,
already in the Shrooemry's Unltimate Shroom Hunting Guide, there is a poisonous look-a-like section, poisonous shrooms and in the species section of the site each of the main psilocybe species or psilocybian containing species, there are images in the folders labeled blue cyans, blue ringers,, etc.
Each of the species descriptions list the hygrophanous changes.
And as also previous noted, on many ocassions, there are thousands of photos of the 55 pictured species with so many images of all of their stages of their growth and development. Almost every aspect. And soon I will add SEM photos to each of the primary common species.
You really need to read some of the literature here because 99% of every QUESTION can be answerred in that guide and in other papers related to this subject already posted here at the shroomery.
AS for the beginning to end cultivation photos, there are numerous species posted at my site. No need to copy those anywhere because they are here, from mycelia to full basidiomes (fruiting bodies).
