What kind of RH do you get with a coolmist impeller type?

a couple questions...

I have a honeywell hepa-type air filter (tabletop design)..

Should i keep it just outside my FC to clean the air surrounding it?
Or run tubes from it, the same way as with a coolmist?

What kind of RH do you get with an impeller type coolmist filter? I read that it might not give enough humidity.. so should i use an ultrasonic in combination with it?

Table top hepa's are good for cleaning room air (in a clean room).

Coolmist's differ from brand to brand.

Also, bigger hose out of a coolmist gets you higher Rh.

A lot will depend on what you are pumping the coolmist into.
(size, seal)

My experience is a single coolmist, will get your Rh in the 70/75% range (+/- 10%).
(in a 21 cubic ft upright freezer)

A ultra/hummer is needed, to get higher Rh than that.
(most often)

its a 3 shelf greenhouse i bought at canadian tire..
ill use a combo then..

ultrasonic through the bottom (mist rises)..
and impeller through the top..

perfect, thanks!

A single cool mist works fine for me 95% rh all tiers.
