Help the Shroomery (and me) with our Radio!

At the risk of being annoying...
For those of you who remember Shroomery Radio, you may remember how awesome it was, unlike any other radio station in existence...well, I'm STILL looking for djs. Now, before I go any further, when I say 'djs', I don't mean dudes wearing headphones who scratch records to make funny noises. I mean radio show hosts. People who want to introduce music to others and maybe ramble for awhile for fun.
This is strictly volunteer, and honestly, a lot easier than you might think. All you need is a microphone, decent taste in music, and some time to kill. I've already created a thread in the Shroomery Radio forum, which is a subforum located in the Music, Arts, and Literature forum. This thread details how this crap all works, tips on creating your shows, stuff, etc.
I'm not going to let this die, so you might as well just give in and create some radioshows now. Make this easier on both of us. If anyone is interested in becoming one of my elite radio minions, please use the private message function on this bulletin board and msg my ass. kthxbye!

I've got a 20k song music library, but i don't think i would be able to do this until february. How does the technical side work? Is it a live streaming radio type of thing or a prerecorded show?

Indeed, a due date and air date would be helpful.
