Moisturizing face washes/soaps

Give me some suggestions people. Every morning after my shower and shave my face has a shitload of dry skin on it. No matter how much I try to rub it off with a towel it is still there and looks very unsightly. I use a Neutrogena face wash in the shower, then use shaving gel for my shave. Still after the shave there is dry skin there and it bothers me to no end.
So give me some suggestions on brands or whatever that I can use after my shave to wash my face with real quick and moisturize my lovely face. I have unnaturally dry skin

I use Clearasil and a housebrand moisterizer from some Drugstore around here... Works great!
Just go ask your local drugstore for some advice...

Tried not using anything? Shaving with shaving foam then cupping cold water over your face?
Petroleum jelly is also handy

That's usually what I do though. I just wash with a face wash in the shower then shave, then wash my face. Once it air dries I have an ungodly amount of dead, dry skin clinging on to my beautiful face.
And thanks Liquidkick. I'll check that out and see how it works.

1 word:
Neutrogena.
That amber facewash of theirs is tits.

I like tits.
Neutrogena shampoo is good too if you have dry flakey scalp
Back to basics though as i said earlier petroleum jeppy/vaseline thingy works a charm just a tiny bit and rub it in, you'll glisten and be sexy smooth

Avon products are the bestest.
Honestly, I have never used anything better then avon. Get free samples online and shit. See for yourself.

Try a simple E45 lotion available from any chemist. It's mild and doesn't contain perfume or any shit that might irritate your skin. It's what I use.

Whoops you said you already use Neutrogena..
Try Dove's foaming facewash too.

I've got a nice goatee. Don't want a full-on mustache and beard. I'd look like one goofy motherfucker with one

Oh there are a few different kinds of cetaphil remember. GET THE FACIAL MOISTURIZER! Using the other type of cetaphil on your face is a big no no. You'll clog your pours to death and break the fuck out.
So do what you do and after apply the facial mosturizer.
IT WORKS!

Here's the regimen I've adopted for my dry skin and eczema.
Seventh Generation Free and Clear Laundry Detergent Basis Bar Soap (sensitive skin) Aveeno lotion Tom's of Maine shampoo Substituting hot water for most household chemicals
In my opinion, most skin problems are a reaction to being exposed to harmful chemicals. In my case, eliminating fragrances, harsh cleansers, and other chemicals has done wonders for my skin problems.
