I know the optimal ratio is 3-4%, so how much total powder would be needed for a 200ml solution?

1 tablespoon dry malt extract or dextrose to 250ml (1 cup) water.

2% dextrose and 2% light malt extract
This would equal close to 1/2 tablespoon dextrose and 1/2 tablespoon light malt extract per 250ml (1 cup) water.

1 level teaspoon dextrose (or light malt extract) to 75ml water.
-OR-
1 1/4 teaspoon dextrose (or light malt extract) to 100ml water.

Water
1 ml water weighs 1 gram.

Dextrose
1 tablespoon weighs 10 grams

Light Malt Extract
1 tablespoon weighs 10 grams

I like to use 10 grams of malt extract and 10 grams of dextrose to every 4 cups of water. I don't know what the percentages are, but it works like a charm.

Google does math...type in 3% of 200ml......6ml...... :thumbup:
