Snowing in Seattle Right Now

Well I got up and went on the computer hjustr now at 2 pm in the afternoon and saw a post at the Spiritplants web site which said it was snowing in Seattle.


Me at the site found this and posted:

Shit, I just awoke and opened this site and saw the title, snowing in Seattle. WEll I went to the window and opened the venetian blinds and whammo, there was snow.

So it is now a flyurry with big flakey-flakes of imaginable stunning visual fullness. Looks like the last few minutes of Kill Bill one where Lucy Liu and Uma are have a snow-sword-fight int he garden Try to take a pictuee of it.

GG, it has snowed in Sara before? DAMN!

It's supposed to be in the upper 40's tonight where I am. That's cold for here.

This is actuall a third day of snow in 9 years in the downtown Seattle area. usuall, no snow inthe city. several years ago we had a day of snow in March and then one agtain in April.

I look out the window no and the n snow has not stuck here on anything for almost an hour since I pened my blinds.

dude its snowing like crazy up here in edmonds. kinda sucks though cause me and my friend JUST found a spot like 3 days ago and were waiting for some pins to grow but now doesnt look like it. oh well i guess theres next year

What does the snow the cyans. I know its bad but does it complety ruin them or what. WOUld it be possible to go picking and get some cyans tommarow??

I think it's possible for cyans to still grow with a little bit of snow, especially since the ground is warm enough that it's not sticking (atleast in some places).  I've heard it lessens the potency though, however it will turn them all blue so they're easier to find.  I'd still take a look. Looks like it will be a short season though :sad:

It started snowing in Olympia again and it does look like it's sticking a little this time.

Hey everyone, i was just wondering if this Seattle snow means the end of this years cyan season.  :frown: Also i was planning on going out to the patches today, so i was wondering how long can cyans survive in the snow? :matrixfight: :matrix2: :fork: :whack: :box:

A mild non-sticking snow flurry will not hurt the shroom patches. However, a three day freeze usually means the season is officially over. A few could appear between then and Jan in the PNW.

I live in South Texas. Last Christmas(2004) it snowed(in Brownsville) for the 1st time in over a 100 years.
