i need some Clearasil

I smoked some ganja friday with a friend. I had not smoked for about 5 months and was extremely blazed. I really enjoyed myself but damn my face turned into a fucking connect-a-dot over the weekend.

I have noticed how much my acute acne had cleared up during those five months and then was reminded on friday how much not smoking had helped...

Also im in Venezuela and the fat joint we smoked cost us less than $0.25 :smirk:

Im sure it doesn`t cause acne but for me definitely worsens/provokes it....

I usually break out after a night of heavy drinking, but smoking doesn't do anything.

Take lots of vitmain A and Zinc, Drink lots of green tea with sliced ginger.. Cleared up my skin totaly and I swear it works..

Some of the energy from your lungs is used to keep your skin healthy and smoking can really mess up your lungs obviusly..

It's probably because you're travelling more than anything.

I noticed that weed actually does the opposite for me, as well as others. Unless you're hotboxing or something....
