i just got back from hypnotherapy, and damn... i have to say i was the most relaxed iv ever been and have never been so high and dopamine. it cost a lil much but if u get someone thats good, its worth every penny they pin point ur fears or w/e ur having trouble with and make it go away pretty much, but u have to want to let ur mind open up. its crazy, u gotta do it to know how good it really is

Drugs have always done the trick. The key is to up the dosage every week.

Drugs, I dont think thats the answer at all. Maybe a little could help you relax, but you need to conquer your problems sober. IMO

I have no idea what the solution is. Best I can suggest is get busy w/ something else - volunteer work, get involved in school or an interesting career.
Can't do anything about the past, just have to leave it there.

Introspective trips can be useful sometimes. When you have the time, just sit down and think about yourself and your life or whatever it is that's bothering you.
There are certain drugs that are more conducive to introspection than others, though most do enhance it. MDMA and 2c-x are good examples. I would just contemplate what's bothering you and meditate.
Repressing events generally does more harm than good in the long run. What's important is for you to gather your strength and face your memories, and deal with them how you see fit. There's an author that Veritas recommended to me, named Albert Ellis. You should check out any of his books.

Beat them to death. Tell someone about them, either a trusted friend or a complete stranger.

you can't bottle them in. They won't go away for good. You have to confront them. sit down, and think about them. Except them for what they are, learn to deal with them in your own way, and they won't bother you anymore.

hey everyone, happier pixie posting here, I pulled myself up, & out of bed to bake my father's carrot cake (it's his favorite, for his birthday) and my mom and I cooked together, didn't fight (awesome!) and actually lifted my spirits, so, between you sweet people, my papacita and my mommacita, (and praying), this little pixie has her wings slowly lifting from the dirt; Thanks again!!

what are the memories of?
