Recommend some books

I just got a few gift cards to amazon and barnes and noble, and need some ideas for books to get. Here's what I'm thinking so far:
- True Hallucinations by Terence McKenna - Hua Hu Ching by Lao Tzu - The Invisible Landscape by Terence McKenna (maybe) - some book about Kaballah - Handbook to Higher Consciousness by Ken Keyes - The Adventure of Self-Discovery by Stanislav Grof
Any and all suggestions would be great!

Looks like some interesting stuff, but boring in the course of a book.
get something mind numbing and entertaining like American Psycho. Its good stuff and wont put you to sleep.

The Psychadelic Experience by Timothy Leary
very enlightening, if you can manage to read while tripping. Good reading during the come-up, then ponder what you're learned while peaking and then read some more during the afterglow...

Yeah! That's definitely a kick ass book. I read the e-version of it, though not while tripping. Good recommendation

Yeah, I've read Be Here Now several times so far....mindblowing book. I'm not familiar with Ishmael though, what's that about?
