cakes slowing down

It has been 2 or 3 day since the myc has beeen slowing down pretty much and I wonder why my temp his around 78- 82 F and there his some small holes leaving Hair exchange . I put them laying on the sid so maybe it would colonize a little more around the jars because its only colonize on one side for know .

could be a problem with hydration. without a proper water ratio you cakes will fail as the mycelium cant grow without water. if this is a problem then you might not have added enough water or you could have cooked your substrate.

I dont think I cooked my cake and where the myc his there his a little bit of water over the myc like some small drop nothing too much and the cake still lokks pretty nicelly humid...
heres a picture of it



It has grown a little bit more but not that much ....And this his the only surface that has myc on it the rest of the cake dosent have any
