Ok but do I need extract safety... Because the spores are going to be on top of the substrate so I prolly afto be more careful because there right in the air...

Yes you will need either a glovebox or flow hood or work incredibly quickly. I recommend using a syringe.

You can do it under sterile conditions, but I would look into making some syringes from the print or doing some agar plates.

i agree with the agar plates because they are live, maybe slap them under the casing layer or something. spores have to have sex which takes time, time that the green mold and black mold won't need.

You wouldn't want to case the substrate before it colonizes. If you are doing it from either an agar slice or spore print you would need sterile conditions and would need to cover the substrate afterwards. I would do this in a glovebox or hepa flowhood. Open air, even with alot of lysol is risky. I've inoculated many jars and tupperware containers of sterilized substrate in a glovebox with great success. The inoculations were with spore syringes and LC's. As long as the print is sterile and your procedures are clean and sterile, you should have no worries.

I recommend the agar plates because you can spot contams on the agar rather than possibly wasting your substrate.
