From nin.com current:
Nine Inch Nails needs to postpone the September 30th performance at Oakland Coliseum due to ongoing concerns over drummer Jerome Dillon's health. Dillon is returning to Los Angeles immediately to undergo tests for problems related to a heart condition discovered earlier this month while on tour. The rescheduled date will be November 19th at the same venue. As of press time, no other dates are being rescheduled. Replacement drummer information will be forthcoming.
From the TR section of nin.com:
I just finished telling someone yesterday I was looking forward to finally being able to work on some music - the production for the tour was finally feeling finished... now this. Once again, I'm sorry for the postponement. I really hate having to do this.

that's terrible. in many respects i mean, yeah I feel bad for Jerome, health problems are obviously not fun times. I hope he gets better.
it's terrible for the tour too. cancelling shows is bad business, and it's already lost money by the promoter spent on advertising and promotions. for something this big, having an undependable cog in the machine can spell big trouble.
i bet it's also terrible for trent... being out of the tour circuit, then having fresh material and many shows lined up only to cancel and postpone.
shit, they should just get dave grohl. have him play for QOTSA and NIN. postpone Foo

Freese is the standard pick. D.C. isn't right for the job, 'cuz nin is 'bout reznor... they should go with Freese.

sounds like someone is pissed that Martin Lopez is still sick. If you weren't an Opeth fan I would wish a miserable death to you. You lucked out this time fanboy.
