scrawny shrooms?

this is my first tiem growing, i used an all vermiculite casing. I have a perlite terranium setup, my mushrooms started pinning a couple days ago, i have a few that are about 3-4 inches tall, but they are looking really scrawny. my friend said i should mist 4x a day even though using perlite. what should i do? im using Thailand Koh Samui strain.
also, im using a 4inch mini fan for fanning, i have it setup so it works as an exhaust how long should i leave it on for?? please any tips

it might be the fan droping the humity. not sure. put it on a timer, and run it for 10-15min an hour. after this flush try misting it once a day, four time might be too much. get a humitiy guage to check the humity levels.

Probably substrate - BRF sucks, or you might have just got a genetically fucked up sporerace
