Its fun. You should try. Just keeping asking yourself am I dreaming every 2 hours. Eventually you store it in the subconscious and you will ask yourself in a dream. From there you can fly around, meet Buddha and shoot heroin.

Hi Luke! Which are you? The dreamer or the dreamed?

Cool i'll definately try that. Another thing which is not that fun and sometimes scary is going to sleep with your neck slightly bent( I think this is what causes it) when you wake up you wont be able to move until you go back to sleep or wake up again, it's very strange and when it happens to me I feel so wierd. I think this is called twilight dreaming, has it happened to anyone else here?

for some reason it's so frikkin' hard to remember to ask myself that during the day. i'm also looking at (self)-hypnosis to help induce my subconscious to ask that question while i'm dreaming, because lucid dreaming is the shiznit and i'm hell bent to learn how to do it as often as possible.
