Using Peat Moss instead of Verm?

Ive had everything i need but the verm for about a month now. If i could use peat moss instead of verm it wuld b an unbelievable comfort. Is this possible or do i have to go back to depression. thnx everyone!

It ought to work if you can sterilize it for an hour in a pressure cooker.

Peat moss is very acidic and may propose a problem and does not sound like a good alternitive

What is up with no verm??

I used scots sphagnum peat moss and it worked fine, acctually, It rocked. Its more like dirt and not moss. It is at home depot by the perlite. The moss in bales sucks...

I do not think I have heard of that, maybe I will give it a whirl myself now.
I know it is very acidic did you add any lime or peat to it??

Any other ideas? Has anyone else had sucess with scottz moss instead of verm.

4.00 is the cost of shipping for 1 gallon of verm.
To pretty much anywhere in the US if you are in the 50 states and are willing to pay shipping costs I will send you a gallon of Verm.

My people have used scotts moss,with verm. Pinning like a mofo. Some lime was added to adjust the ph. Never used all moss though.
