how to lose weight the safe way

hey im just starting to wreslte.. i weigh about 130 lbs and honestly i want to get down to 119.. this is going to unsafe im guessing but atleast i need to get down to 125.. but i was wondering what a safe diet and plan could be to help me get those lbs down.. sooo many conflicting ideas on the net.. any help would be appreciated..thanks

nah i just need to cut for wrestling lol.. but yeah what is ur def of a good diet.. this is what im strugglin on.. im pretty sure i have a good work out.. mondays upper body.. tuesday lower body.. wed cicuit/ open mats (cardio).. and thursday running.. and start over.. but yeah help with a good diet would be awesome.. thanks man

Dude, cutting weight for wrestling sucks. Been there done it. If you need to just make weight and not permanently loose those pounds go with the ex lax and eat nothing but celery.

thanks.. do u think ill be able to drop 11 lbs off this.. or is wanting to drop to 119 from 130 just totally rediculous?... i do havea bit of time.. which is in my favor, but i wanna make sure im doing this in a safe way and not harming my body to much.. thanks

cutting weight for wrestling has never been safe
like I said if you just need to make weight the day before
but to permenantly lose those pounds safely it takes time

yeah and u can also kill urself by drinkin too much water.. like throw your body into shock.. never knew that was possible until reccently

make sport and do not eat after 18.00 .eat more fruit and salad. anything who not contain fatless.

errrrmmm.... eat healthy and exercise. drink water. 119 pounds does not sound healthy.

Ive watched wrestlers drop 3 and 4 pounds in just a few hours.
In training for cycleing races we usualy add 10 to 15lbs in fruit, bread and liquids the day before and the day of. After a 100 mile ride its all gone. So the body has an amazint ability to handle the ups and downs of weight BUTT, thats all temporary stuff we put into our bodies and shit/sweat out.
To answer your question of how to do it safely.. Well first youll want to ballance your muscle mass with your fat content..
Get your fat percentage measured and go from their.. DO NOT let yourself go below 4%. Do not starve yourself of fluids and make sure to take a daily multi vitamine..
Instead of trying to slim down to beat guys smaller than you.. Try to bulk up and beat guys bigger than you...
Thats the only way to become a true winner..
