I thought it was really great. It can be so many different things to so many different people. I mean, I met army guys (and national guard people who ended up having to leave), flaming gays, cute chicks, fat chicks (a la Big Fat Pussy Camp).

The desert environment is very cleansing and it changed my life.

There were some negative aspects too though. For example all the candy ravers from Reno and the bad drugs floating around.

The MAPS lectures were definately my favorite (along with the burning of the man... and rolling on E, heh).

Burning Man was fantastic..... as Adjust said.... it is what you make of it..... I don't really feel as though there were any downsides to the experience..... The candy ravers and whoever else has just the same right as anyone else to be there.... Like I said it is what you want it to be and it is what you make of it.... everyone is there for their own reasons and everyone gets what they want/need.

Yes I was there. It was amazing as usual. This was my third year. I have a After Burn report (short and sweet) in S&P. It's the most spiritual event of my year and I always come back to some kind of transformation. That place can push you beyond your limits. I love it.
