question about storing a cake

I bought a grow kit online and have gotten 2 flushes out of it. I am not getting ready to go back to school in one week and do not wanna bring a whole terrarium out. Is there anyway I can store the cake for a week. Can I dunk it for a week? Can I put it in a small airtight container for a week?

do this, dunk the cake for 12 hours, throw in ziplock baggie or wrap and plastic wrap, store in a drawer in your fridge. I kept 4 b+ cakes in my fridge for about a week or so and they fruited just fine when i cased them.

i have got some that have been in the fridge for over a month now and they still look like they did when i put them in there. well see how they do after 2 months in there, thats when i will spawn them to some poo and see how they do versus freshly colonized. let ya know
