I've got some crushed cakes on top of moist vermiculite
What should I use to put on top and fertilize them so they have more nutrients.

lol you guys are mean.
hehe....need to do a little more reading vonelab.
if you want more nutes, try spawning to h.poo next time, or use rye. A casing is not suppose to be nutrient rich. the cakes have all the nutes the casing needs.

Remind me never to ask YOU guys a stupid question.....er, um...again.
I personally like pooh or compost as a casing layer, lots of nutes in them both. You could put some poop in yer coffee pot and brew some pooh tea. hehehe. MMMM Yummy! (lot's o' cream'n'sugar in that!lol) 
No but really, IMO some pooh tea might boost yer yield, or at least potency.
