Spraying h202 + fuzzing sound always = bad?

So I sprayed my cake which has an upcoming 3rd flush with hydrogen peroxide and water mix and it made a fuzzing sound and had some white bubbles from the h202. Does this mean with 100% certainty that I have a contamination and if so what should i do about it?

It doesn't mean with 100% certainty you have contamination, not at all. in fact you probably don't. if you don't have any other signs then don't worry,
