How much humidity is too much?

I got a cool mist setup for my fruiting chamber that I think is working pretty well. I've been leaving it on all the time, and there is no condensation on the inside of the chamber. I finally got a digital thermometer/hygrometer (from a tobacconist). The hygrometer reports the humidity as too high to read, which according to the claims on the box puts the humidity at 100%.

I don't really trust this thing's accuracy, but I'm assuming this means that I'm maintaining a humidity of over 90%, maybe over 95%. Is this a problem for some pint casings?

casings should be somewhere between 80-90% rh. seems odd that you have no condensation on the sides of the tub and your meter is reading too high. i would say as long as the casings are not drying out then you should be ok.
