Invitro begun without 100% colonization
    #4110339 - 04/29/05 09:29 AM (18 years, 10 months ago)

Well i went to check my jars this morning, and too my surprise, one of my jars has begun to produce invitro fruits. It has two small mushies growing at the bottom of the jar, but the outside of the jar is only 85-90% colonized. I can provide pics if you want. Should i birth, scrape, cut off the uncolonized area and case? Or should i leave it in there until its 100%?

Keep them in the dark. Did they get light? thats what triggers invitro. I would leave them until the invitros are fully grown, hopefully by then it will be fully colonised.
