not colonizing after 8 days

its been about 8 days since i innaculated my 8 one pint jars, each with micron magic filters, in a incubator, with heater, bubler for humidity, temp gauge, hydrometer and so on, temp at about 78-82, and humidity at about 80-90. there has been no contamination or colonization to the jars at all, smell fine, im sure i shook the syringe, but it didnt have spores, since i asked ralph what the white stringy things were, he said the spores germinated, so i boiled the jars, let em cool down for a day, and then innaculated in my globebox, since then, there has been no sign of nothin, no mycelium, no green mold, no black mold, nothin, well i did innaculate in the center but i shook one of the jars and there was nothin, so whats the problem?

i used puerto rican myceium syringe, well it had some spores, but looked like it had mycelium in it, all these white hairs in it and shit. i dont think the temp is the problem, the temp is perfect and i dont think they dried out cause i have the bubler on 24/7

Hey downforpot, I'm having exactly the same problem with Pueto's. I innoculated 10 days ago, and all i'm getting is tiny, needle like spikes of mycelium. Only about 10% of the jar is colonised. Myabe there's a bad strain of pueto's out there?
