The sun god, false idol?

As we can believe that the sun somehow has a human quality, which i think it doesn't. The sun has it's own qualities as a part of nature it thraws at the plants and trees to only bring light to them. But then i am still confused as there are beings of light that exist. So maybe a planet coming in the other direction.

Well, No life on earth without sun.
I developed a little pet idea from using power plants on earth. We( animals) are just parts of the whole awake, aware, spiritual organism called earth. Earth is more evolved than any one part, like us as individuals. All planets (or anything) is evolving spiritually. Like people, planets are at different stages of their evolution. More energy more evolved. Sun is the big boy in our solar system. Earth may one day become a sun. They say Juipter is heating up and may be one the soonest.
Just something that came to me.

It's like all the information comes from the sun, we are all encapsulated in it. The earth is already a sun.

God... with so many representations and conflicting support... a false machination in itself?
Show me a true Idol (beyond television gimmicks e.g. "American/British Idol"). Even then... they're all false and heir motivations are to sell out for corporate profits and the dish out emotions left and right.... I'm begining to wonder if they really feel the way they suggest they do about the world... If they do, they must suffer from numerous ailments, the foremost being a variation on manic depressiveness and/or bi-polar disorder.

Yea, Eckhart Tolle, said he thought light was something totally different than we knew it as. He determined it was Love. When the earth is ready for that much love it will shine bright.
You're right the earth is a baby sun. Who can say?
The thing I have discovered about my life is that it's all about energy. If you only have enough energy to survive you have none left for spiritual growth. One needs to plug up their energy leaks. These are the stressors and fears of our lives IMO. When I get more energy it can be hard to handle at first. That's why IMO we use compulsive addictions to bury our feelings. We aren't ready to handle the energy of Love because we have been hurt and are scared.

How is the Earth like the Sun?
We need to launch off all our nukes before the Earth will even begin to resemble the sun in terms of radiation
Beyond that, maybe I'm just daft, but can you explain that abstraction?

Well it has to do with mass. Now we know that the earth doesn't have enough mass to start and atomic reaction at its core.
What if dark matter is spiritual energy as mass. Why not?
Come on, help me out here. Anythings possible. In fact most of the things I learn from power plants seem werd and unlikely at first.

Why must we provide fluffy references to actuality?
Why can't it be just what it is till it's known what it is?
Why can't the center of a tootsie pop be dark matter? It's dark... and it most certainly is matter... so is it dark matter?
Yes.
But we all know that the dark matter is of course... a tootsie roll. Hence, why we needn't refer to it in such abstractions.
Anything isn't possible... something is possible, but not anything.

Dude I think everything you and I say ever, is an abstraction. These forums are for fun. You tell me what is actually true. You don't fool me.

The only thing that is absolutely true is that nothing is true...
And nothing is always something.
Ergo, something is true absolutely... just need to find it searching through all the nothing.
Yeah... everything ultimately is an abstraction, some are a touch more concrete then others though.
Now why would I attempt to fool you? Just inspiring thought, not suggesting anything valid to it... I'm not religious my truth's aren't inherent.

Nothing heavy meant by that last comment . I just know myself and everyone else IMO falls for the egos little trick of telling ourselves we know some truth. Of course that may never happen to you and in that case please disregard.

I feel that its wrong to assign human qualities to things such as the Sun. Just goes to show how ingrained it is in our culture, that the sun, and everything else is here to support humans, so we can conquor and rule the planet. The Sun is the Sun. Respect it.

Hey maybe the does have some human qualities. You know you were born in a sun. All your little bitty particles were manufactured in a star, . So you have some sunny qualities.
I don't want to conquer the planet. I just want to lay out in the and listen to some music.

That Lucky Old Sun (Just Rolls Around Heaven All Day) [Re: Icelander]

"Up in the mornin', out on the job Work like the devil for my pay. But that lucky old sun has nothin' to do But roll around heaven all day.
Had a fuss with my woman, an' I toil for my kids, An' I sweat 'til I'm wrinkled and gray, While that lucky old sun got nothin' to do But roll around heaven all day. Oh, Lord above, don't you hear me cryin' Tears are rollin' down my eyes. Send in a cloud with a silver linin', Take me to paradise. Show me that river, Take me across, wash all my troubles away Like that lucky old sun give me nothing to do But roll around heaven all day."

It seems sort of reversed to me in that the qualities of the sun have been applied to human qualities, such as;
thinking the world revolves around them, being bright, warm, hot, "sunny". Some humans have a gassy quality depending on their diet.

In a totally dark room, dreaming, you see light, a human sending a signal bouncing of an object hitting your eye with the new information? (Simulated?)
This is human qualities?
In a bright sunny afternoon, you see light, the Sun sending a signal bouncing of an object hitting your eye with the new information?
This is human qualities, applied to the sun?
If I were who, did I just did (?) and I now know of no one?

The sun is, and has been a source of human food, strength, and substance since the first upright ape walked planet earth. For us particular fire signs( Aries, Pisces, and Leo) the sun is a particular source of strength along with it's counterpart opposite, the moon.

We talking about the 12 sign, or the 13+ version of Astrology?
The 13+ (unknown as it's a relatively bunk science) puts less emphasis on the sun as their is a shorter period of passing.
For that matter could we not put equal significance on a lighter as it "creates" fire? I don't get the significance.
