Internal IP Address & General Internet Security

According to Auditmypc.com, a person's internal IP address could be visable to outsiders. (http://www.auditmypc.com/internal-ip.html ) Is there a way around this? That website links to patch-management.com, but I couldn't find any real solutions to the problem there.

Another question; I currently use Firefox with SwitchProxy to vist websites which I'd rather not broadcast my information to. Is there still something which could give away too much info, other than mundane things like operating system or internet browser? Is there more that I should do?

(I am, of course, firewalled)

ur fine, if you are that affraid of your info getting out, make sure all the proxies used by switch proxy are annonymous...

or, get a place miles from civilization with no utilities and property taxes paid by an offshore trustfund :smirk:
