Looking at bright lights is an extremely bad idea. That can actually cause eye damage.
No there is no way to get them to look normal... put on some sunglasses.

Its really not as noticeable as you think unless you're experienced with the syndrome and know what you're looking at.

no pot makes your eyes red man even worse than big pupils. Meth makes them shrink. but I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy take meth. Opiates make them shrink too I think, but them your all fucked up on that. What about drammamine(diphenhydramine) I seem to remember that my pupils shrunk when I took that forever ago. Which while we are on the subject I strongly discourage anyone to try. Its far from fun. Peace

meth makes your pupils very large.

Meth dilates the pupils like shrooms, heroin shrinks them to the size of pinpoints as you said.
I wouldn't recommend taking opiates to shrink your pupils though...

sunglasses are the best thing i think. looking at bright lights will constrict the pupils but it can also damage your eyes.

I knew you COULD use opiates to shrink the size of the pupil, but really, who would do that just to make their eyes look somewhat more normal?

"no pot makes your eyes red man even worse than big pupils."
NOT true at all, in any way. Red eyes are WORSE than big pupils? I don't think so.
Big pupils mean DRUGS, for sure. Red eyes....could be allergies, right?

sorry about the misinformation for meth. I admit I know very little about the drug. anyways does anyone else remember what drammamine did to their eyes? and yes if your still tripping when your pupils are dilated having your eyes red too will definately make them think your stoned. Plus I get wicked red eye so I'm always a little more carefull about that. I never leave home without clear eyes.

Short answer: Yes, with a but.
Long answer: For some reason, my full text won't go through, so I'll summarize here and see if it works. There are a couple miotic (miosis = pupillary constriction) eye drops used by Glaucoma sufferers/post-Lasik surgery that may work, Pilocarpine being the primary drug. Side effects, efficacy and availability are issues, link here for an overview of Pilo:

Alright, that worked, so I'll try my original post piecemeal:
It's my guess that parasympathomimetic eye drops (primarily Pilocarpine), frequently prescribed post-Lasik Surgery or for Glaucoma sufferers, would work. They're commonly used to constrict pupillary size (= miosis, which is why they're called "miotics" in ophthomology) I've never tried this, but I'll let you know when I do and if it works.

And more:
The drawbacks here would be: increased likelihood of vomiting, diarrhea, sweating (systemic cholinergic stimulation), salivation, eye irritation (redness and itching) and unknown drug interactions with psilocin (unlikely, given their different MOA's, but there's not exactly a lot of literature on this , the possibility of inefficacy, and the difficulty of obtaining the drug. Fortunately, the side effects are seen in very few individuals at the dose and frequency of admin that we're talking about. 'Cept for the irritation, which would render the Pilo as useless as Cannabis.

And so on:
Interesting: Our friend the Amanita Muscaria mushroom causes pupillary constriction as part of it's overall muscarinic effects. Nicotine also causes pupillary constriction, but you'd have to smoke too much to make it worthwhile.
All in all, I'd say they're worth a try, despite all the unknowns. The downside is relatively small, as long as you take a cautious approach to the experiment, and do your homework on the drug before you take it. If anyone knows anybody with any experiences in this area, I'd be very interested.

And, finalamente:

May I direct your attention to the [EDIT] button at the top of your posts? You could easily have put that all into one post.
