Or not? ask yourself. what am i? am i dumb, am i intelligent. am i nice, am i ugly, what am i?

If i am not what i think i am? then who says what i am? how can i proof what i am?

is it only important what i think of my self? or are there other factors which decide about me?

uhh im kind of unsure what i am

Cogito ergo sum ("I think therefor I am") does not verify that you are what you think you are.

Just act like what you seem to be,

You are what you think you are, other people just haven't realised it yet :)

The light that fueled our fire then has burned a hole between us so
We cannot see to reach an end crippling our communication

It is quite helpful to understand that we are a multi-dimensional being. Classical Yoga speaks of 'sheaths' with the physical at the most concrete obvious level, and the vital, mental, intellectual, and blissful sheath 'between' the body and one's essence at the center or Atman. Of course these interpenetrate and are not really divisible like the peels of an onion. Victor Frankl's books speak of us as "psycho-physico-spiritual" beings. The 19th century philosopher-psychologist William James said, "A tolerably unanimous opinion ranges the different selves of which a man may be 'seized and possessed,' and the consequent different orders of his self-regard, in an hierarchical scale, with the bodily Self at the bottom, the spiritual self at the top, and the extracorporeal material selves and the various social selves between." The spiritually enlightened or self-realized person trusts the innermost spiritual Self to inform, guide and mold the outer selves. Thereby, one's continual creative discipline is to manifest in one's posture, speech, dress and behaviors that which one has disovered about one's innermost Self. This is known through inquiry into Who one recognizes as one's spiritual Master. For Westerner's, Jesus the Christ is the paradigm of the Divine Self. In the East it is Siddhartha Gautama - the Buddha, who most embodied and manifested the Divine Self. Holy Scriptures have to be assimilated, meditated on and experienced at one's core before one can creatively constuct a new personality based on an Experience of Ultimate Reality. Pick up a copy of 'BE HERE NOW" if any of this makes sense.
