I'm extremely interested in learning about this, as it's a relatively new topic to me. I was wondering if anyone was aware of any sites with practical information on the cultivation of poppy plants and associated topics. I checked out Erowid, but the information there seemed pretty minimal. Thanks for the help.

poppies..
I tried sowing some in a local park.. Actually, LOTS of seeds, hundreds.. Came back a month later and nothing had sprouted.. I've started some from seed and transplanted to peat pellets twice, but both times I got stupid and fried them in the sun because I did not make the indoor outdoor switch slow enough... Start small when you grow indoors for seedling, one hour of sunlight max, then tomorrow two.
I've never actually had luck getting a poppy to grow past seedling in the wild.. But then again I did not try too hard :grin:
