The God within
    #3652493 - 01/20/05 06:50 AM (19 years, 2 months ago)

I connected some dots five minutes ago.

1) Jesus said we should not worship in public temples, but in quiet solitude.
2) Paul said our bodies are our temples.
3) JHVH means "I'll be there for you"
4) You are the only one (you are sure) who'll never abandon you.
5) The Tibetan Book of the Dead claims gods are manifestations of the human mind, archetypes if you will. Not real external forces.
6) Any religious experience I've had came from within.
7) The quotes from Huxley's Island posted by TinTree.

Connecting these statements, is it not obvious that God is to be sought within, not without?

Where have you found God, within or without? How do you go about finding godhead within?

on the right track

as language becomes less of a dependable vehicle for spiritual ideas, and seeing the rough way people are inclined to treat themselves and eachother (residua animal behaviour) I do seem to fare better calming in my personal temple than roaming the aisles of the public.

anything important arises and passes just the same

I've often thought of this, what comes to mind from your first point is the blatant contradiction of Christianity, that physical statues are not to be worshipped however look at all the cross/"holy" statues and models everywhere.

Organised religion is made up of nothing but humans.

Island was a really good book.
I like this qoute, though i dont remember reading it when i read the book

When talking about magic mushrooms:
"It's a banquet," she said emphatically. "And that's precisely why there has to be meditation. You can't have banquets everyday. They're too rich and they last too long. Besides, banquets are provided by a caterer; you don't have any part in the preparation of them. For your everyday diet you have to do your own cooking. The moksha-medicine comes as an occasional treat."

I liked that one, too. I also liked the scene where the children were beating the scarecrows with sticks.

i have been thinking on the same path in reference to the bible, how could man write god's book when man was born with sin, also in the text about the garden of eden and the forbidden fruit could the forbidden fruit possibly have been 'magic' mushroom's because of the altered state of the mind while under the influence, also, somewhere in the book of mark it states (not exact words) that if one believed in god they could consume poison and survive through faith, again "magic" mushrooms are classified under poison,

The Beatles - Tomorrow Never Knows Song Lyrics

Turn off your mind, relax
and float down stream
It is not dying
It is not dying

Lay down all thought
Surrender to the void
It is shining
It is shining

That you may see
The meaning of within
It is being
It is being

That love is all
And love is everyone
It is knowing
It is knowing

That ignorance and hate
May mourn the dead
It is believing
It is believing

But listen to the
color of your dreams
It is not living
It is not living

Or play the game
existence to the end
Of the beginning
Of the beginning
Of the beginning
Of the beginning
Of the beginning
Of the beginning

The sacred Amanita Muscaria mushroom (Manna) is rumored to be the forbidden fruit because the alien DNA scientists didn't want us to have multidimensional consciousness at first.

The forbidden fruit and manna are two entirely different things. The forbidden fruit is the fruit of knowledge of good and evil, whereas manna (meaning 'what is it?') is the white bread-like substance found in the desert by Moses and his clan. In a biblical context, they aren't related.

god is the uni consciousness. God is all of us as one consciouss.
god is the 4th dimension where thoughts are manifested into substance. This is also why god is omnipresent, god is all of us. When you die if you hold no guilt or regret for the things you did and precieved as "wrong" in your time on earth you can rejoin the singular conscioussness. You must truly forgive yourself, for you are the only one who prevents yourself from returning to the uni consciousness.Lots of the mysteries of the bibles of the world can be explained with this key.

Amanita muscaria, long associated with the "Flesh of the God" in religious sacraments, is believed to be the true Holy Grail. The Grail cup is an obvious analogy for the shape of the fully-grown specimen and its juices. Note the look of the fully grown specimen.

The Parcival myth depicts paths (traditions) which are to be explored in order to complete a quest. This quest is described in the myths as a journey into the forest (the world) and finding paths (systems) which one may follow, for a time, but ultimately one must blaze his/her own trail in order to truly reach the final goal, the Holy Grail (the discovery and usage of the mushroom).

The final shape of the muscaria, with its inverted cap, is the reason that the cup/fountain/grail symbology is used in the stories. King Arthur, as a child, gained his rightful place as King by pulling the sword from the stone. This is symbolic for wielding the power of the mushroom. The stone is a metaphor for the mushroom, and pulling the sword from it is symbolic of being able to crack the code and possess the power of the magical plant. After Arthur took ill (in his later years) he was told that he must seek and find the Holy Grail to renew his strength and re-acquire his power.

QUOTE: god is the 4th dimension where thoughts are manifested into substance.

Well, humans can actually be aware of 9 dimensions simultaneously. The Galactic Federation of Orion lives constantly in eighth dimensional vibrations. Even the lizards of the illuminati can travel in the lower 4th density (dimension). So, no don't just look for God in the 4th dimension or you'll meet some strange folk like the Annunaki (who come from a planet that takes 36,000 years to revolve around our sun) and the Draconian Lizards that are tied to the Bush Administration, the NWO, and the Illuminati.

The Babylonian/Sumerian culture and its derivatives were, and are not, Sacred Cultures. They were dualistic and mired in 4D and became obsessed with time; they divided 3D up with calendars that are programs for their agendas. They developed the principle of controlling history by means of artificial timelines. Seeing this differential is critical, since Western cultures are based on the Sumerian/Babylonian time divisions,(dividing the day into sixty-minute hours), which cause them to be apocalyptic - always watching for the end of time.

__
If they are not "let loose" by us, the spirit gods or archetypal forces can get frustrated & overamped. Thwarted creativity collects in 4D when it is not circulated between 3D and the higher worlds, and eventually cultures get overloaded by black forces, just like overamped electrical circuits that trip fuses. Astral forces are especially attracted to people who are drugged. The percentage of people who are drugged (legally or illegally) is very high in the world in recent decades, making it easy for the Global Elite (NWO) to control people. Yet, we humans are the chosen circulators of divine inspiration.

Indeed Spacedragon.

When you're seeking God you have to be careful; what you find may be one of those space lizards pretending to be God. God has enemies who are constantly trying to deceive us.
