Who's your favorite? I'm curious if you all pay attention to lyrics in some of your favorite bands or whichever.. Poetry and lyrics are great things to me.

For someone who writes lyrics myself, I pay surprisingly little attention to song lyrics. But my favorite would be either Maynard James Keenan or Billy Corgan.

I really do not pay attention to lyrics a whole lot unless I really like the band, I'm usually paying far more attention to drum and guitar lines. But for the exceptions, I'd say Maynard and Chuck Schuldiner.

I'd have to say Maynard James Keenan
