Mushroom ID please

I've been browsing this forum for a few weeks now, trying to glean what knowledge I can from your expertise here. A friend and I have been trying for a week looking all over trying to find some mush. While just hanging out at his house during some down-time, though, we spotted a few growing in his front yard. We saw two distinct kinds, one of which resembles cyanescence but hasen't bruised for about fifteen minutes. the other is one that i have never seen before with yellow spongey gill with a red base but it bruises blue when touched, which i believe to be psilocybin. These are pictures of the two mushrooms
Habitat: Grassy lawn, about 10-15 miles north of seattle. Characteristics: Yellow, porous gills. Bruises blue, with red base. Cap/Stem: The shroom in this first pic is exactly the same height as a standard bic lighter (1.5" tall, 1" cap diam) Stem: Thick, solid stem. Red base, bruises blue
The other mushroom:
These are slightly smaller than the previous mushroom. Brown gills, Stem is off-white, semi-translucent (kinda). Solid stem, no bruising apparent after 20 minutes or so.
Spore prints are on the way, if needed. I'm very curious, especially about the first one, as I've never encountered a mushroom like it (although I do lack a bit of experience).
Thanks in advance

The first mushroom is either Xerocomus badius or a related species. Non active. http://www.altogallego.com/setas/xerocomus_badius.htm

i doubt they are actives.
they still wet?
if so check for a seperable pellicle (rubber cement type layer that is translucent ). check by pulling at the side of the cap.
if it does have that, can you seperate the cuticle (colored part of cap) from the cap, and there is still another layer under it?

Before taking a guess at an ID, make sure the mushrooms you think yours are actualy grow where you live. That said, the 2nd mushrooms make me think Agaricus of some sort. Edit: durrr.. 3 hours of sleep in 2 days makes me a tard. Just realize you said you're from Seattle. mrmph... sleeeep.

they're too dry for that to work. Also, on making spore prints, how long does it usually take because they haven't dropped any spores that I can see.
About how late does the season usually go? It's beginning to get frosty now, and I hope to be able to find at least a few actives before the season ends.

As gumby has already pointed out, that second mushroom is some sort of Agaricus. Which species I'm not sure? Even with better pics, the agaricus genus can be tough to ID to the exact species. If they smell foul or stain yellow they are toxic and will cause gastro upset.

Didn't stain yellow, and they smell grassy. Are they edible at all, even if not psychadelic?
