I havent eaten anything all day, and im staring at a 1/8 of shrooms i picked up last night. I dont have shit to do today, and dont feel like going out. Planning to unplug the phonelines and trip out. I just dont want to do die on my hermit day. Is eating on a empty stomach safe?

sorry to hijack this thread with my question but...
how do people handle being hungry through the trip?
i mean everyone says "don't eat anything for like 4-6 hours befor you dose" but i keep wondering what about the trip itself? how much later SHOULD i eat? if at all? and how much?
also... is it fun eating on shrooms or just TOO weird to handle?

Yeah eating on an empty stomach is a good idea... Especially for people who get nausea on shrooms. It hits you faster, and since you have less stuff in your stomach to digest, it should make it easier to digest too. It'll also keep you from throwing up as much if you get so nauseous you throw up.
I've had no problems eating while on shrooms. If you're not really hungry though, I don't think just snacking is a great idea. If you get hungry, grab a bite to eat... If you're not hungry, just wait til you are.

i get munchies on the come down myself. i think not eating all day, and the fact that pringles taste so good when shrooming. but i'm coming down, so it's time to eat and be goofy, the trip is coming to it's close. i eat a lot, and due to a freak metabolisim i remain at 160lbs at 6' high. needless to say i can not fast myself, so i found something light even up to 3 hours before is okay for me. i eat something like a few pieces of fresh watermelon, or mandarin oranges.. some small fresh fruits help settle your stomach, but not affect the shrooms.

LOL.
Took your guys advice and took a half 1/8. I couldnt stand the taste ( any tips) and i just swallowed them whole with water. big mistake. 30 seconds later i yaked it all up. Took the rest of the shrooms and smoked a joint and I had a decent trip for the night. I guess on a personal level, eating shrooms with water on a empty stomach doesnt work for me. So my friend is the connect and gave me another 1/8 for free. 2 caps and 6 little stems. I dont want to throw up again and I could use some advice on eating shrooms more pleasently. Shit, I would eat up the shrooms right now but i have 4 beers in my system. I heard alchohol and shrooms is a forsure no-no. Anyone around to verify? Thanks for all the feed back, I hope my boy stays a reliable connection so I can stick around here. Shrooms is a true delicacy where im at. Any long term shroomers around to give some knoledge on the long term effects. I dont trust government just say no propaganda.

I get hungry shrooming sometimes. Bad idea if you're tripping hard though. Don't try eating if youre tripping hard. Easy to choke lol. I almost did. Then I was like fuck eating.
Shit like five alive is great on shrooms.

don't take the shrooms just yet... wait at least three days after your last trip... you get a tolarance for aout three days and then it's all gone!
maybe it would still make you trip but not as good if you waited...
