 what do you bring with you when youre tripping in the wods?

whenever i go out to the woods for a trip i always bring a few things in a bcakpack.
somthing to drink,
cd player/ portable batttery powered speaker/headphones/ cd's
flashlight, lighter
maybee some herb
an extra pair of socks (if my feet get wet and cold ill have a bad trip !)
cell phone for emergency's
notebook and pen
hoodie if its cold
now most of my friends alyways talk shit about me having my backpack full of shit and how i might have to run opff without it, but i really like having all of these things, even if it takes me half an hour to find somthing in my bag because im blazing too hard.
what do you all think and take with you?

Sounds like a good list to me. Its hard to trip in the wilderness right now for me, its bear season and they are all over my land  I'd add a lantern and tent to that list.

yeah man, I can't even find shit in my pockets usually when I'm trippin, but backpacks definatly come in handy, and I can't really think of anything to add to that list.

When i trip i bring a backpack, usually full of the essentials and crap, but if i'm tripping with anyone they are always surprised how much awesome stuff i brought.

oh and valium, i never forget it, only had to use it once though just because of a fucked up setting, but valium and a bycicle do wonders, oh and once i gave some to a dude who ate a quarter and kept hitting his head on things.

when i went into the woods for a big trip i brought a hat, a back pack, a bongo drum, a bag of shrooms, some chocolate nutella to eat with the eshrooms, botteld water, a little pouch with a pipe and weed, and my medicine bag.
It was a pretty good list except for the drum. When i was tripping i got pissed off with carrying the drum around so i left it saying id come back for it when i was ready to leave. Didnt happen. Now its lieing there all rotting.

Usuallly bring at least one visual toy ( glowstick, laser,etc).
-Snacks
-a flashlight
- *music*
- other assorted stuffs that feel good to hold in my hand like arrowheads, a squishy ball, etc...

i bring all my usual camping gear. only extras i bring are books (help me with getting back to reality sometimes), some sorta thing saying how it will be over soon and be ok, far wider variety of clothes. i get hot cold flashes sometimes when on various things and i NEED to be able to regulate that asap.

backpack with somethign to drink, lighter, weed/hasj.
and a place close to the woods where you can go to if you want to sit inside or chill out at the and of the trip

herb sounds good to me. other than that I typically only need self control to avoid a bad trip. Squirt is good to have sometimes too.

That's if I'm just going on a mystical-journey through the woods...obviously if I'm staying over night or something I would bring more
I find it's not good for me to bring anything along with me while tripping that can't be fastened to my clothes/body some way

Do you guys all live in a town or city or something?
When I go camping over night and plan on tripping hard I bring the following:
Hoodie that I'm wearing.
Lighter/Bowl/Weed
Mushrooms/LSD
Maybe a two liter of water / pepsi, maybe only a 20 oz if I plan on walking a lot.
Never any food if I'm tripping.
That's all. No blanket, no tent.. all that shit just gets destroyed or left behind when I'm tripping. I've been raised in the woods since I was 5 and camping or staying over night with basically nothing is something I look forward to.
On another note, you should try tripping in the woods some night, but not camping. Just walk and walk your whole trip away. Worry about finding your way back when you come down. Amazing things happen when walking in the woods at night tripping, even more so when you begin losing your grip on reality and don't know what is going on.

* Remember to go with atleast one friend if you are walking in the woods at night, dangerous things can happen as well and you will want someone to help you if you lose all ties to reality and can't discern the ground from the sky.

mobile phone with GPS - just in case of emergency
basic first aid stuff - its always in my rucksack.
food and something to drink
extra clothes
binoculars and flashlight
hash pipe and hash
a big smile
