There from cutting? You should introduce them to more light, they look a bit thin up top.

They are rooted and I just got them today.. they havent had a chance..

Tell me if I did anything wrong in my procedure:

Once I got them I put a layer of Shultz's cactus potting mix at the bottom of each pot, and moistened the soil. I then put each cactus on top of this layer, and covered the base of the cactus with soil until it was sturdy enough to not sway when picking the pot up. After that I moistened the top layer of soil I put down, and sprayed the cacti with a spray bottle.

How deep should the soil be in each pot?? I put enough to cover the roots up pretty good.

4-6" should do it for cuttings that small. You can use less and transplant deeper when you step up the pots so they dont tip as they grow tall.

Do not spray your plants with water and I would not water them until they have rooted. Pedros are cacti and don't like wet soil all the time. Wait a couple weeks at least before watering. You can tell when they have rooted by gently wiggling them to see if there is resistance. It takes usually from a couple weeks to a few months before they root. No need for full sun at this point though they do like light. After they root, increace water and sun and begin fertings but not every time.
