Newbie Casing Question

I've read in several places that it is best to touch the colonized PF jar as little as possible while moving it into the perlite-coated fruiting chamber to avoid brusing, etc. Wouldn't the process of casing bruise mycelia since it involves crumbling up the colonized substrate?

The reason, you want to touch it as little as possible is to avoid contaminations.Mycelium recovers in 24 hours when it's broken or damaged.

And mostly the tips to handle them gently are if you're going to keep them as cakes, since it makes it less harrowing when "blue stuff" shows up and you can't tell if it's mold or what. If you case them, then probably since the bluing isn't visible it doesn't matter much - if you had contams in that it would be on top and visible generally. Also I think bluing doesn't show until the wad has fruited at least once - if it's still in veg mode then I think there's no psilocin yet which is the compound that turns blue when oxidized. But I could be off on the last pieces there, but that's what I understood.
