    #2962526 - 08/03/04 11:24 PM (19 years, 7 months ago)

I am going to see them soon. I've heard them but have never been to one of their shows. What do you guys think of them?

i've never seen them, but people were just saying it's lame because it's a band that is covering the exact set that a different band did and it wasn't anything the same...idk, i've never seen them, and i've heard stuff along those general lines.

they are lil things that make my tummy flip around, and they make what you see do the same thing. And I told some one I was farting around earlier only to find that a few minutes later there is a post about farts. Now this is all too creepy so I must get some sleep before I am up all night peeking out from under my sheets with my flash light.

I don't know anyone know's seen the real deal and liked DSO. I've seen them a few times and had fun but it bugs me to know I payed so much for a cover band.

Hmmm....it'll be interesting.  Maybe I will try to pretend it's my boys.  I do know one person- a huge deadhead- and the only one i know irl that's seen dso- and he loved them.  Oh well- I will just keep an open mind and see.  I hope it isn't too expensive!  How much did you pay Adom?

I think I payed 15 bucks last time I saw em, wow its been 2 years already. Cover bands are fun, they do a good job. They play my local club when they come threw I need to catch them this go round. You will have fun.

when i first saw them, i thought it was VERY wierd & missed the real thing. once i was able to suspend my judgements and allowed myself to just enjoy the music, i had fun. they are actually good musicians, just utterly unoriginal. i wouldnt pay over $20 to see a cover band, though.

Yup and that was with K_C. They had a huge dinner and stuff before the show, it was pretty cool. It wasn't that long ago, like early March I believe.
