I gotta meet with this lady handleing my unsupervised probation at 2 today. I just talked to her I don't have the money to even begin to pay my fines and she just now tells me that I gotta pay another $45 fine called a victim intake fine or something to call the "victim" 3 times during this class I have to take. Its sounds fucked up to me.. I wanted to ask her why its cost 45$ to dial a phone?! I'm making my boyfriend pay for that shit. He's the "victim".... well if victim means whiney puss child. I shoulda let his ass get arrest...the fucking cops wanted to arrest him but I lied and got him off and now he's laying all these fines and shit all on me and totally refuseing to help. he was suppose to *loan* me ffucking $35 today to pay for more B.S. related to this shit and he fucking backed out.. the stupid fucker makes $1000 a week compared to my $400 and he fucking can't loan me fucking 35$ when he should really be paying for this shit himself.
I didn't want him to go to jail cause he's really a fuckiing pussy and an asshole to boot. When the cops came and arrested me first he was running around in his boxers crying and screaming.. when we got to the police station all you could hear was him yelling and fighting with the cops. He's such a fucking idiot.
sometimes I look at my life and I'm totally baffled how I ended up here with him and then I scratch my head and wonder how the fuck am I gonna get out.

I'm also stoned as fuck.
I was pretty sure she was going to make me register next week since i don't have the money.. but she told me to come in anyways..
I don't even care..fuck those people.
I dunno.. I just feel so.. nothing will get better..

dont be such a pushover for your boyfriend. next time the cops want to charge him, let them. You can't complain and blame him when its you making the decision to lie to the cops.
I mean, I dont want to seem unsympathetic, but you are screwing up your own life when you do stuff like that for some guy you've probably only known a few years at most. You are just mutilating yourself here and there's nothing your boyfriend or anyone here on the shroomery can do to stop that except yourself.

My understanding is that probation cannot be conditioned on one's ability to pay the fines. This is CA law, however.
