WTF! - Knots everywhere - Pics

I think these are knots, they keep growing and never form into pins, actually one of them did, but theres so many of them. One exploded in half and i picked it and tossed it. What should I do with all of these? They are Puerto Rican if it makes any difference. Should I pick them off, cuz all the shrooms at the bottom are small and i think these knots are taking nutrients away and not allowing the shrooms to grow (just a guess). If I do pick them, are they edible or should I toss them. If they're not knots, what the hell is it? Thanks

Don't sweat it. I had some PRs do something like that. (I think) hard to tell from the pic.



I've also seen mushrooms that never form caps. Kind of looks like those too, if you eat them you will die in less then 5 seconds.  :wink: (there safe)

Hwy dude, I had some brain blobs like that, on some p.f. strain.
Stayed in jar too long& I slamed them down on the lids. formed
an air pocket, & hee went the blob!! I ate all mine ,5 grams dry.
tripped good, 6 or 7 hrs. So eat them up , no worry!

those are some strangely large knots. are they pins for 12 inch shrooms? could it be a mutuation caused by contaimination? If you decide to just eat those knots, maybe cut the cake in half to see if its full of contams inside?
