put your agar ingredients in your petri dishes, and stick them on a cookie sheet. preheat your oven to 250degrees and put them in for 45mins-1 hour after the oven reached 250... let cool and solidify before germinating... if you have plastic petri dishes your a moron. if they arent tempered... your a moron.
pyrex petri dishes work best...

Pyrex and kimax are best because they are borosilicate... Polymethylpentene is a polycarbonate thats autoclavable... they rock... soda lime glass works pretty damn good

I hardly ever pc agar, I only pc it for spore work.
If cloning and just doing transphers, I add h2o2 instead of
pcing, but you need to add it as the agar cools from
boiling, I'll try to find the tec i follow and link you

Pasturize a small cardboard square in the microwave for several minutes and transfer it to peroxidated agar, then transfer some spores on to the cardboard square using a sterilized scalpel. The cardboard acts as a barrier to protect the spores from the H202.

This method works great for both wood lovers and P cubensis.
