have pins... things are moving slow!?

Alright, I have pins on my casing (straight verm). Some have changed to a darker color with distinguishable heads(no aborts, yet). I've followed other peoples' grows and it seems like things should be moving more rapidly. Nothing is over 3mm tall or so. What type of growth rate should I be looking for at this point? Is slow growth an indication of poor conditions? If so, what condition could cause this (humidity, temp, light, etc)? My temp is in the mid 70s, humidity unknown, and indirect sunlight for 6 hours/day. If it matters the strain is B+. Thanks.

shrooms grow faster as they mature,the first few days are slow.
they often put on 50% of their size/bulk in the last 24 hours before they start producing spores.

you'll soon witness this.
