Strain I.D.- Allen??

Hey hey,
I received an FSR print which was labelled "Allen". Now, I'm not sure if this is the name of the strain (I've never heard of it), or maybe an alternate spelling of the name Alan, but... my cakes are almost ready to fruit, and if you are familiar with this strain/designation, I'd appreciate any information you can provide (ex: any special temperature/humidity considerations, potency, high/low yielder, etc). Right now I have the cakes in a 100% humidity terrarium at room temperature. Mycelium growth was SLOW in the jars. Granted, I think I started with too much water in the brf/vermiculite substrate, and it needed some time to evaporate, but I just started seeing pins three months after after innoculation...(they were NOT in a incubation chamber, and were probably at about 66 degrees Farenheit for the entire three months), and yes, they look/smell perfectly healthy. I'd greatly appreciate any advice.

Id expect med to large fruits

Med to High Potency

Fruit in temps 74-78F

With my experience, I'd expect very small, single fruits. Of coarse it could have been me but this was the most disappointing, worst fruiting strain I've seen. Check out this sorry flush:

Allen Strain. Named by yours truly and introduced to the mushroom community in 2002 by TLG.

Yes, the Allen strain was brought back by John. He found the specimen in Ban Taling Ngan, Koh Samui Thailand. He gave a single print to then TLG employee who went by the name of "Hydrogen". "Hydrogen" then worked with it until he came up with the final product which is now today known as "The Allen Strain".

I have pictures of the isolate mycelium in petri's along with the resultant pins and ultimate fruits. I'm the one who decided on calling it the "Allen Strain" of course, with John's permission.

We felt it was worthy.
