Another Liberty Cap Identification Attempt - Please HELP!
    #25288728 - 06/24/18 06:05 AM (5 years, 9 months ago)

Hey guys, so I've been looking for Liberty Caps for a while. I found more stuff in my searches, and I would need some help identifying them. These were found in a forest surrounded by pastures!

THANKS A LOT!

Correct me if im wrong but liberties have a slim tall but still bell like cap, there was another thrrad yesterday with a closer comparison, thinking they were liberties.

Liberties are primarily a fall fruiting mushroom found in pastures - why are you fixated on that species? Where are you? Is that actually the active you are most likely to find this time of year?

Not sure, what to reply here.

The mushrooms you collected have nothing in common with liberty caps. Its the wrong habitat and they dont even look remotely close.

Check this out for actual information about liberty caps
