Syringe problem?

So I've attempted a bulk with this aa+ syringe before, pf tek, and currently have a bulk going. The syringe came from a very reputable sponsor of this site, but i seem to keep running into the same issue even with different agar cultures from the same syringe.  All teks (pf tek, spitball Jedi's rye prep and damion5050's elementary coir tek for bulk have been followed to the t) and field capacity is always correct, but I seem to have the same issue. The sub colonised good for about the first week and then slows or stalls. Any other grow I've done with all the same prep and teks have been good, but for some reason anything from this particular syringe seems to have this issue.  Any input on this? I'm only a little over a week into the last bulk, so it still has time, but with the track record it has going I'm not banking on anything. Attached is that culture on agar, the jars during colonization, and a current shoebox

Bump any ideas on what the problem could be? I switched to rye recently from wbs, could that cause as issue from prep that it would do this? Still doesn't make sense since the pf cakes are doing it to though.

Here's a pic of the same jar same time

Edit: all jars were inoculated via blenderless li from that culture above. I have a few more good looking uniform plates I put in the myco fridge and I think I'm going to tiger drop those to see if the li procedure might be playing some part in this. I still don't get why the same syringe on pf cakes does the same thing slowing or stalling.
