it's been 1 week since inoculation
it's hard to tell by the photo but these spots almost have a light pink tint to them on all jars, I don't know if it's because it's kind of see through or not
My first attempt ended up contaminated, what are your thoughts on this one?

How did you sterilize your jars? For me it looks like the contamination started from a point far away from the inoculation points. It's likely that the contamination doesn't come from the inoculation but wasn't removed during sterilization.

I cooked them in an instant pot for two hours, everything seemed to start at the inoculation points in the beginning.....is it possible that I'm not using enough water? I do the 2 parts vermiculite, 1 part BRF, and 1 part water but when I squeeze it almost no water comes out.

Ensure your vermiculite filter is working properly and you're not getting water dripping into your holes. Look over the tek you're using and make sure you didn't skip over something (trusted teks from TNF are ideal).
Also do any inoculations in a still-air box if you can to reduce the chances that contamination is arriving somewhere other than the syringe. Learn your sterile technique.
If contamination persists after all this, you may want to seek another source for syringes to determine if this is the issue.

I think water content is alright. You shouldn't get water dripping when you squeeze the substrate.
You say that the mold started from one of the inoculation points? Then your probably brought it in during inoculation. There can be several sources. E.g. airborne spores which settle on the needle right before you inoculate. To prevent this you need a still air box. Also what's possible is that your syringe is already contaminated. This is especially likely since you have the same mold in all your jars.
Did you flame sterilize the needle between the inoculation of each jar? If not, you now know why you have to do it. If yes, your syringe is probably bad.
