I think to be helpful we have to know a little more about your setup.

Pressure cooker?

Filter disks? Tyvek? Polyfill? Vermiculite barrier?

PF jars? Grain jars?

Is it mold, bacteria, or both?

In general, contamination 'outbreaks' in jars are more often the result of incomplete sterilization or improper cooling. If this is the case, you're fighting an uphill battle. Any of the suggestions from the other forum are potentially helpful, but odds are quite good you'll be best served by completely starting over. Use negative controls next time to try to pinpoint the step at which the contamination is occuring. IME, decontaminating contaminated mycelium is more trouble than it's worth.
