Extracting psilo from mycelium

After the third flush of a casing, is there any good content left in the mycellium? If so can it be extracted? How would you know the dosage?

Not worth the time or effort . Takes aprox 1000 wet grams of myc to produce 1 dry gram of pure cybin , very potent stuff , like a tenth of a gram will send you into a nice trip .
