CO2 and ultrasonic question

right now the grow tank has only one hole going in and thats the tube from the ultrasonic humidfier. do i need more holes for CO2/O2 exchange or does the use of the ultrasonic void that out?

got a few to fruit on the first cake but its only flushed once and has since seemed to stop pinning. i turned the heat off to cold shock it, the temp dropped at least 12degrees F for 24hours and i keep some light on it for a few hours here and there, so im wondering if its the air exchange.

You neeed to expell the excess c02 somehow? Fan once or twice really good each day and you'll see better results!
