Drug Testing?

i was just court orderd to go to "counseling"

i thought it was something were they ask you questions and then you respond and they say "and how do you feel about that"
well it didnt turn out to be so......
i go to the "couseling" center pay my fee and talk to my "counseler" she asks me questions about my life and past...
then she sais ok take this slip down the street to get you drug tested

i was like WHAT !!!!]

i smoked weed that day i used oc two days before and now im srewed

now my question

how long is it posible to test positve for drugs in your system
dont give me it depends on person to person just stright up tell me

any and all drugs you know will be helpfull

marijauana = 30 days, though it really depends on the person GOD DAMNIT! 30 days is the gerneral rule though.

Opiates = 7 days at most.

Shrooms = Most companies dont test ... but 7 days at most.

Cocaine = 7 days at most. Personally when i was young... i did coke 3 days before a test and passed free and clear. This was a doctors test too... not those pathetic home ones. They acually used a machine on my piss.

Penalties against drug use should not be more damaging to an individual than the use of the drug itself. Nowhere is this more clear than in the laws against the possession of marijuana and mushrooms in private for personal use.

You people make me laugh. In the same place, I would say something like, "Why waste the money on a test? If you want to know something about me, just ask. I am an honest and responsible person. I smoked a bowl this morning to calm my nerves before seeing you and took two OCs yesterday. What else do you want to know?" (Doctor patient priv... can't get busted for talking to your doc.) By going on the defensive, you are accepting their positiion that "all drugs are bad, m'kay!"

Actually Seuss, in a court ordered setting the court has a right to view all information gathered by the doctor/counselor in this session. And, in some states if a counselor heres about something illegal he/she is automatically required by law to tell the courts.

Doctor/patient confidentiality doesn't go nearly as far nowadays as it used to. It only really works in a truly private session, court ordered sessions don't count.

I'm not honestly sure if this is true in all states but I know it is in mine because I've been through the whole court ordered counseling bs before.

for me it was only 2 days but i drink LOTS of water.;)
